The Owner’s reside on this 43 acre horse paradise and are extremely active in the day-to-day activities, care of the horses and supervision of the grounds keeping. This insures a clean, safe environment for our Boarders, Visitors and Horses. The property is located very close to major arteries, the airport and 2 new shopping malls. It is also within a 15-20 minute drive to OSU Veterinary/Equine Clinic.
This 43 acre horse farm is bordered by white vinyl horse fencing and consists of the following:

  (4) 6 acre Paddocks

  (2) 4 acre Paddocks

  (1) 3 acre Paddock

  (1) 1 acre Paddock

  (1) 1/2 acre Paddock

For a total of 9 Paddocks including a Paddock designated for pregnant mares, mares with foals, ponies and turn-out horses only. All Paddocks are shaded naturally by trees and most contain run-in sheds for inclement weather shelter.

The facility also has 2 Large Barns:
(1) 40 stall barn built in 2002 and (1) 7 stall barn (foaling barn). We are in the process of constructing a steel 100 X 200 indoor riding arena. A special “connector” building allows access from the 40 stall Barn into the arena and contains the Farrier Bay, Veterinarian Bay, Bathroom facilities, 2 wash racks, 2 grooming areas, Feed room, Manager’s office, Boarder Tack room, Lesson Tack room, Private Tack room and a 24 X 12 Viewing room/vending area with seating which overlooks the arena and provides a comfortable place to sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings!

Our latest addition
is the 74 X 124-40 stall barn with state-of-the-art accessories which include, but are not limited to:
  • Rubber Mats in all stalls
  • ABM Bedding is used (known to reduce waste and dust)
  • 6 Industrial size fans in each isle on both sides of barn
  • 8 ceiling fans in the isle ways
  • 3 thermostatically controlled cupolas with vents & fans
  • 47 insect mister nozzles
  • 6 water spigots
  • Numerous electrical outlets
  • Collapsible saddle racks on each stall front
  • Water and feed doors build into the stall fronts
  • Four sets 12X12 sliding doors
  • Brushed concrete isle ways

Run-in sheds are strategically placed throughout the paddock areas to allow shelter for the horses during periods of inclement weather.
